The Middle East Times Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement ("Agreement")

9. Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Middle East Times, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, licensor and agents from and against all claims, demands, losses and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Middle East Times website, any Postings that you transmit, post, or otherwise make available to and on the Middle East Times website, your violation of this Agreement, your breach of any of your representations and warranties set forth herein, your infringement of the rights of any third party, and/or your violation of any law.

10. Termination

• Both you and the Middle East Times may terminate this Agreement at any time. The Middle East Times shall also have the right to immediately terminate your access to and use of this website and any services on this website, including but not limited to your use of classified ad postings and RSS Feeds, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited any conduct by you which the Middle East Times, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement. The provisions of Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 12 and this Section 10 shall survive termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease use of this website, including but not limited to any services available on the website, and destroy all materials obtained from this website and all copies thereof, whether made under these terms and conditions or otherwise.

11. Trademarks

• The "Middle East Times" trademark and logo are protected from reproduction, imitation, dilution, or confusing or misleading uses under United States and international trademark laws.

12. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement and any operating rules for this website established by the Middle East Times constitute the entire agreement between the Middle East Times and you with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and the Middle East Times agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of this Agreement or pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement will be in the courts in the District of Columbia. No waiver by either the Middle East Times or you of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Middle East Times website or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
