Duran Duran keyboardist Nick Rhodes is the only man on Tatler magazine's list of the 10 world's most powerful blondes.
No. 1 is Elisabeth Murdoch, the daughter of media tycoon Rupert Murdoch, and described by the magazine as "the ultimate boardroom blonde."
Next is Chelsy Davis, the South African girlfriend of Britain's Prince Harry, Sky News reported.
"Chelsy soon proved she had two major assets - she looked good and she partied hard," the Tatler said.
Cristina Green, wife of the Arcadia Group's Philip Green, is third, followed by Daylesford organic foods owner Carole Bamford and supermodel Lily Donaldson.
The former Camilla Parker-Bowles, now wife of Prince Charles and Duchess of Cornwall, makes it into sixth place. Actress Sienna Miller is No. 7; Rhodes, No. 8; Natalia Grosvenor, the Duchess of Westminster, No 9; and at No. 10 is Irina Abramovich, the wife of Russian tycoon; and London resident Roman Abramovich.
